This 1988 MkVII looks to be a well kept example of the Fox-platformed, 5.0-powered coupe, the seller claiming 54,527 miles from new. These cars are increasingly scarce in any condition, and were actually surprisingly competent for an 80′s Ford product designed to compete with European luxury machinery. Air suspension, keyless entry and ABS were a pretty big deal at the time, and we like to think of these as stately, high-spec Mustangs. Find this one here on Hemmings in suburban Chicago for $7,995.
