This 1954 Plymouth Savoy is a running and driving cruiser that the seller describes as a cosmetic project. Though the car has its factory six cylinder/three-on-the-tree combo in driving condition the seller will optionally include a 318 and automatic with wiring, but pricing isn’t 100% clear.
