This Tatra 603 is listed by a seller who does not know the actual build year and who has recently brought the car from Spain to the UK. The model was produced until 1968, and given the bumpers and lighting, we’d guess it is one of the later 603s. Find it here on eBay in Northamptonshire, UK for 15,495 GBP (today ~$24k).
