This 1989 Peugeot 405 is a North American base DL model with 40 less HP than the 150 horse, sport-biased Mi16 twin cam variant, but looks very nicely kept by its original owner. We like its French Blue over gray heated leather combo, and a manual transmission is another big plus. Described as well-maintained with recently new tires, unnamed extras and a workshop manual are included. Find it here on Craigslist in Council Bluffs, Iowa for $2k.
