This 1983 Renault 5 Turbo’s dash plaque identifies it the 604th made and is listed as having just received a full mechanical refresh including fittment of a Renault Sport cam, competition spec head gasket and upgraded intercooler. Claimed to raise horsepower from standard 160 to 210, the clutch, suspension and brakes also benefit from recent work. New TRX’s on original alloys are another plus, and the car’s super-funky OEM interior is currently undergoing restoration—it looks pretty good already.
